I. UPPER LIMB : (20 MARKS)
1- Give an account on origin, course, relations and branches of
radial nerve in axilla and arm regions. (10 marks)
2- Describe the arteries forming anastomosis around the elbow
joint. (5 marks)
3- Give an account on the attachments and structures related to the
clavipectoral fascia. (5 marks)

II. THORAX : (15 Marks)
2- Give an account on the beginning, course, rotaries and
termination of the thoracic duct. (7 marks)
3- Give short note about:
a) Right coronary. (4 marks)
b) Surface anatomy of left lung. (4 marks)

III. ABDOMEN : (25 Marks)
1- Give an account on the position, relation and blood supply of the left kidney. (10 marks)
2- Describe the structures forming the walls and enumerate the contents of the rectus sheath. (8 marks)
3- Give an account on formation, course and termination of the portal vein. (7 marks)

IV. PELVIS:
Give a note on :
1- Position, parts and relation of the uterus. (10 marks)
2- Origin of internal iliac artery. Encumber its branches. (5 marks)

IV. pelvis: (15 marks)

Give a note on :
1- arterial supply of the rectum .
2- Relation of urinary bladder in both sexes. (7 marks)
3- Parts (enumerate) and action of levator ani muscle. (5 marks)

V. Biology (25 marks)
1- Genetics: (10 marks)
Give a note on :
a) C- iteria of autosomal dominant inheritance. Give one example
(4 marks)
b) Sex influenced inheritance. (3 marks)
c) Prevention of RH incompatibility and child birth. (3 marks)

2- General anatomy : (10 marks)
Enumerate the types of bones according to their shape. Give an example for each.
3- Animal biology: (5 marks)
Give a note on circulation in fish.
